Careers
We are small, early, and deliberate about who joins.
Open roles
No open roles are listed right now.
When we are hiring, roles are listed here with their title, location, and scope — and here first. Every role on this page is one we are actively filling.
If your work is close to what we are building, write to us anyway. We read everything that comes in, and we will tell you plainly where things stand.
What we look for
People who take clinical reality seriously
OpticEMR exists because a practicing optometrist got tired of software that had clearly never met a patient. We want people who will go and watch the workflow before redesigning it, and who treat a clinician's time as the scarce resource it is.
People who build things that hold
Multi-tenant health data is unforgiving. Row-level isolation, authentication, and auditability are not features to be added in a later sprint, and we look for engineers whose instinct is to get that right the first time rather than to ship and patch.
People comfortable saying what is not built yet
Our charter is wide and we are early in it. We are direct about that publicly, and we expect the same internally — accurate status beats optimistic status, every time.
People who want the whole problem
An early company means owning a feature from clinical question to production behaviour, not receiving a ticket. If you want narrow scope and clear handoffs, this is not the right fit.
